An Introduction

Welcome to the home of the Expert Hobbyist. My name is Timothy and my hobby, is collecting hobbies. This blog is another of those hobbies I intend to collect. This website has had many different incarnations as I play a toy with the designs and "guts" of it. I don't expect this site to see much consistency in the way of updates or posts. It's more of a playground for me to learn more about web development.

About This Site

This blog is the Nextjs blog example. I have made minor changes to it and will continue to make more as learn the Framework. Nextjs is a Framework for the Reactjs Library. The fun thing about this blog is that I can write my post using Markdown, and it all gets rendered out into what you are reading right now.

About this Blog

As I said before, I don't expect much from myself in the way of updating this blog. It will probably be one of those things I stick with for a while but eventually fall out of the habit of doing. My goal that I am setting for myself is to update the blog at least once a week. With the new post hopefully goes an update to the site. If there isn't an update to for the site, then an update on another project I've been working on.

I have lots of hobbies, and I want to start sharing that knowledge, and keeping track of it. This is as good a place as any.
